Strong points :

-the calm while remaining very close to various poles of attraction, on the outskirts of a small town with various shops.
-the splendid view over the English Channel and the Seine bay
 The rental is made up of 3 independent levels:
1st level: a corridor serving 1 kitchen (with oven, microwave, induction hob, washer-dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.), 1 bathroom with shower and WC, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, 1 bedroom with a double bed, and the living room with 180 ° sea view
2nd level: an entrance-kitchenette, 1 bathroom with bath / shower and WC, a 3rd bedroom with 3 beds and a 4th bedroom with a double bed + an extra bed
on the garden level: a terrace of about 40 m2 with garden furniture and full summer kitchen (stove, fridge, sink, dishes and planchas), overlooking a closed garden in co-ownership with another house located higher .
The house is located at the end of a dead end, from where a perfect calm. And it is 200m from the town center with mini-market, bakeries, butchers, newspapers, Saturday morning market, etc.
Villers is a charming family town, with all the shops necessary for everyday life.

Parfait pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis
L'emplacement est parfait ( à 2 pas des commerces et de la plage) avec la possibilité de garer facilement les voitures La maison est atypique avec une vue superbe sur la mer. La disposition en 2 étages permet de faire un coin adultes / enfants ou 2 familles. parfait pour que chacun puisse avoir son coin d'intimité. La grande pièce à vivre permet de partager des moments de convivialité en famille et entre amis et de recevoir des amis de passage. Nous n'avons pas profité de la partie basse du jardin (il est en pente) mais la terrasse sera parfaite pour un diner au soleil l'été. La maison possède tout le confort nécessaire (même si le WiFi est capricieux mais bon, on est en vacances ;-) ) Françoise et Sandrine étaient toujours joignables et sympathiques. Merci de leur accueil et gentillesse. Nous conservons cette adresse précieusement pour un prochain séjour.

Belle vue
La vue depuis la maison sur la mer est parfaite. La localisation à proximité de la plage et du centre de Villers est très agréable. Les appartements sont spacieux mais communiquent par l'extérieur ce qui n'est pas très pratique qd les enfants sont au dernier étage. Eux apprécient évidemment d'être isolés des adultes... L'agencement serait à être mieux précisé dans l'annonce. La terrasse en bas d'un pente ne communique pas avec la maison et il faut enprumter un chemin pentu, peu pratique la nuit. Si une cuisine d'appoint existe à côté de cette terrasse, il paraît compliqué de déplacer de la nourriture en passant par ce sentier. De fait nous avons quasiment pas utilisé cette terrasse.

Villers
We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the property as well as the town. The listing did not get the beautiful view from the back yard and windows enough credit, it’s absolutely gorgeous. The house did accommodate our family of nine comfortably and the added kitchen in the garage and the patio were awesome. We even added artwork inside this area. The peace, tranquility, sun sets, gardens and the sound of the waves all enhanced our stay. All amenities were perfect! We have no negative comments, but a suggestion to install a toilet in the garage. We highly recommend this property. Thank you Françoise! Nathalie

Très belle semaine
Le logement est conforme à la description, avec les différents niveaux de vie. La vue est superbe. Au niveau cuisine et vaisselle, c'est très bien équipé. Plage et centre ville à proximité. la communication avec Mme Desnos et la personne chargée de l'accueil est bonne. Nous recommandons fortement !
