My unit has a beach cooler and a couple of Tommy Bahama beach chairs that also recline. I encourage you to take them to the beach in front as well as in your exploration of the rest of the amazing beaches in the island.
Safe to walk around, fun during the day and night, close to airport and family friendly. Tons of places to enjoy just walking distance. Walking distance to pharmacy, Restaurants, Supermarket, casino, hotels, fast foods, public transportation. This building is walking distance to some of the popular hotels like Marriott Stellaris, La Concha and Vanderbilt to go have a drink or lounge.
Upon booking, you will receive a thorough email with instructions for your stay as well as my local recommendations. The building where the unit is located has a doorman and security 24hrs whom will welcome you. You may arrive to the condo anytime after check in time even late. You will find the keys inside a lockbox in the apartment door. 72hrs prior to arrival we will send you a code and check in instructions to open this lockbox. It's self check in and easy. You can see check in instructions from your home 3 days before arrival to get ready.

If you are visiting for 2-3 days, you will enjoy walking the area. It's really safe to walk around to the beach, hotels, nightlife, restaurants and more. You are most likely not going to need to rent a car. If you are staying for a few more days or if you are looking to explore the island, consider renting a car as taking taxis outside the San Juan area can be expensive. There is Uber in PR and taxis have flat rates within San Juan, no meters. Expect to pay around $12-$20 for each cab ride. If you rent a car, the place includes an assigned free parking spot so no need to struggle finding street parking. If you are renting more than one car, you can pay for parking across the street.

You can grab a taxi or a bus just downstairs anytime to see the sights and explore. Beach chair rentals and watersports are just a few steps from the complex lobby in the beach in front. Car rentals are open 24hrs and also available on the main street behind the condo.
