Family Beach House with plenty of space, Heated swimming pool ( Electric ) with cover and lounges.

House has 3 bedrooms, open plan living/dining/kitchen with reverse cycle air conditioning.

Kitchen includes microwave and coffee machine.

Dining seats 6 guests.

Living has couches, chairs and digital tv.

Deck at front of house has outdoor couches, dining for 6, chairs and large umbrella

There is a BBQ and plenty of Off Street Parking.

Large Lawn at front of house.

House is pet friendly on application and approval from owners is required before any pets arrival.

Great stay - wonderful views
Had a wonderful stay at Mt Martha. The views from the front deck were stunning. A real beach house - comfortable and cosy. It can do with a bigger couch area if you have more than 4 people staying and a smart TV would have been the icing on the cake. Overall, still a great stay. Thank you.

Mt Martha Stay
Great spot and the views of the city and bay are breath taking. The house is located in a quiet area and our dogs loved the huge front yard.

We could not have been happier with this amazing property in Mount Martha. As soon as we walked in we felt at home. Lovely gift & message from the owners to welcome us too. All photos & information regarding the property were accurate. Loved the view from the front deck - & bird visitors. Will be booking again for sure!

We loved everything about this property. The views, the house and the big deck at the front. Everything was very clean and extremely comfortable... my one and only recommendation would be an updated TV. The pool was lovely. Wish we had stayed longer.
