Parking for 2 cars, the property is non smoking. While at the Pointe, enjoy the 2 large outdoor pools, club house, game room, stocked fishing ponds, paddle boats, lighted fishing pier and more! Close to West Ocean City restaurants, shopping, and the beaches of Ocean City and Assateague Island. Occupancy 6. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Family beach trip
What an enjoyable trip! The location was perfect to visit Assateague Island each day. The rental was only a few steps to an extremely large and clean pool. The photos and description matched the house exactly. It was a quiet and safe place to stay. i would highly recommend this rental unit.
