High end furnishings, plush carpeting in bedrooms, electric fireplace in the loft, thoughtful artwork, empty closets and cupboards for all of your things, state of the art (fully stocked) kitchen with a double oven and granite countertops, large windows with great views, cozy blankets and linens, immaculately clean. My husband and I wanted a quiet, winter/cold cabin-like, yet modern, place to stay for the weekend out of Phoenix that was drivable. We found just that - we rented this stay for the weekend, loved it so much that we added an extra night to checkout on Monday instead of Sunday! It is located in a new private golf course community that has constant security both video and in person for the community which is nice. The home is beautiful, new, gas fireplace, everything you need. Electric recliner, even the sofa reclines! We loved our stay, the owner was always responsive any day/time. The only drawback was that the garage was unusable. On early Monday morning there are construction crews that start hammering and working on building a home right out the windows, and they come in and out of the garage by your car to get large supplies. I wouldn't suggest the M-F mornings to stay due to the construction noise, but weekends are amazing if you're looking for the beautiful quiet, winter, snow feel. Oh - gas fireplace and grill to sit by on the front porch!
