Pearl Life is an ocean-view first-floor condo just a few minutes walk to the beach. With fantastic views, ocean breezes, and comfortable furnishings, Pearl Life offers the perfect vacation for large families or multiple friends traveling together.

Pearl Life is close to the Pointe West Beach Club. You have access to the exclusive beachfront club with a wide array of resort amenities and pools. The centerpiece of the Pointe West resort is our stunning oceanfront Beach Club. Overlooking three miles of pristine Gulf of Mexico shoreline, this incredible full-service facility is unlike anything else on the Texas coast. The Beach Club offers endless choices to suit your mood... soak up the sun beside the pool, or soak away your cares in a bubbling hot tub. Play games with your kids or work up an appetite at the Fitness Center. You can also order food and drinks at The Pointe West Restaurant. The Beach Club is a complete—and totally relaxing—vacation destination.

WHY POINTE WEST?: Pointe West is a world-class resort that offers families and friends a unique opportunity to make vacation memories that will last a lifetime. It offers a beach club that makes the worries of the day melt away and you just take it all in. A family-friendly experience where everyone is there for the same reason - having good fun! The Resort is independently run and charges $25 per person, (3 years or older) beginning March 1, 2021, year-round. The use of the Beach Club is optional. The access fee is paid by credit card or cash directly to the Beach Club and is not included in rental rates.

We have so many repeat guests and it is always wonderful to hear how the year has been for our guests between visits - families have had farewell vacations as loved ones have gone to serve our country, cancer survivors have celebrated recoveries, and we have had anniversaries, an engagement (yes, we can keep secrets), and some who have visited to heal the way only the ocean and beach can. We cherish each and every guest!

No access is granted without a rental agreement being signed by both guest and company - even if paid in full. We require your mailing address, names and ages of all individuals staying at the home, vehicle information, and full pet information for pet-friendly homes.

We are a local full-service property management company with a knowledgeable staff who can help you plan your visit to the island. Just ask us about our array of concierge services! We are available to answer all your questions before, during, and after your visit. A staff member is always on call 24/7/365 to respond to any issues during your stay.
