Aqua Promenade is a fantastically located complex ideal for families and for those who wish to spend as much time at the beach as possible during their stay.  Located directly across the road from the beach access at Sunrise Beach and just up the road from the fabulous cafe, The Beach Chalet, you really will enjoy a wonderful beach break at this apartment.

Featuring an open plan living and dining area that leads out onto the patio with alfresco dining, the sound of the surf will gently calm the senses and the smell of the salt air is taken in along with the aroma of your morning coffee.  Fully self contained with well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities the units comfort is increased with air conditioned living area and in two bedrooms, comfortable lounge seating and indoor dining area.

Linen and cleaning charges are included in the rate, however to avoid additional cleaning charges please ensure the property is left in a reasonably clean and tidy manner.

Stays of 10 nights or more will enjoy a housekeeping service where linen and towels will be refreshed and quick wipe over is conducted.

A small starter pack of amenities such as shampoo, soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, and tea and coffee is provided however once depleted guests must purchase their own items.

Noosa Wedding Stay
This property was in a great location for what we wanted in our stay. It is next door to a coffee shop and a short walk down the beach to the Surf Club and Sunshine Beach. There were a few minor things missing for our stay including a can opener and beach towels. It is advertised as having a barbeque for each unit which ours did not and the community one was not working. When asked to repair for a family get together, we were told it was not working and was scheduled to be removed and that it was not part of the rental. It concerns me when the rental agency is willing to advertise amenities that the unit does not have and then is okay with a blow off saying they did not need to provide it. We also had a broken beach chair on the deck that was replaced within a day when notified. Overall an excellent stay and property but missing some basics that were advertised.

Great spot
This unit in Sunrise Beach is in a superb location if you are wanting to enjoy the amenities and attractions of the Noosa resort precinct but without all the hustle and bustle. Sunrise Beach is a relatively peaceful location. The unit is well designed for a group and the service provided by the property manager is excellent.

Great location and clean, spacious unit
My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was great being right across the road from the beach. Noosa Heads was also only a short drive away. The property was spacious and clean. Very nice to have a ground floor unit as we could sit on the grass out the front and look at the ocean across the road.
