Guests have full and private access to the apartment. Parking is available for one car.

The bonus of secure onsite car parking makes this city-fringe location just up the hill from Newmarket a fantastic choice for business or leisure. The CBD is under 3ks away, there’s a bus stop right outside the building and the train station is an 11-minute walk. If you’re here for retail therapy Newmarket’s renowned shops, cafés, restaurants and bars are an easy walk away as is Auckland Domain and the Museum. Come to do some business, and stay on for the entertainment, this location has it all.
There are buses available on Khyber Pass just out the front door of the apartment building. The train station is an 11 minute walk, trains take you into town, or across Auckland, including Eden Park, Spark arena and Mt Smart stadium. There are also 2 car parks available if you are driving.
The fold out couch is in the study.
- Please no noise after 10pm
- No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis.
- Please remove your shoes in the apartment
- Check in is from 2pm.
- If you are taking the property for longer than two weeks, the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
- If you lose the key / key fob / swipe card / garage remote a replacement fee will be charged.
- For any lockouts, the guest will be charged a service fee for re-entry and in some cases a locksmiths fee.
- Please do not hang any laundry items from the balcony as you will receive a body corporate fine of $100.
- Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
