A comfortable 2 BD / 1BA upper floor condo at Villas at Walton Creek. Great location with excellent proximity to either the Mountain Village or Yampa Core Trail which runs along the river to downtown Steamboat Springs. This 960 square foot condo features an inviting living room with open layout and gas fireplace, private deck, and attached one car heated garage. The condo can accommodate up to six guests, with a queen bed in the master, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Great Affordable Condo
This was a perfect spot for a ski trip with a couple friends. Affordable with comfortable beds, garage parking, and two pretty large community hot tubs. Pretty much everything we needed and at a good price. Would stay here again.

Excellent property for good price
I generally try to stay at the more affordable condos in Steamboat. Although this price point has changed in the last couple years, this condo was a great end unit townhome. No one above you or below you. It was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Steamboat Ski Trip
My friends and I had a great getaway at this property. The location was excellent for a ski trip and the place was well maintained. The only complaint we had was the furniture could be updated and the guest beds were very small. Thanks for the accommodations.
