The Space:
The house has 2 bedrooms. BR 1 has 1 Queen bed and BR2 has 1 Twin. Note that the Bedroom #2 goes through bedroom #1 like a railroad style.

Living/Common Area: 1 sofa bed

Stairs may be required; wheelchair not accessible.

Guest Access:
Everything within the unit is accessible to the guest.

The Neighborhood:
There are 30 locally owned restaurants located along a 2.5 mile stretch offering many options for international cuisine, and unique flavors of the city. The shopping on the Avenue features a wide variety of independently owned boutiques and shops offering a wide array of items Take advantage of this rare opportunity to own one of the few multi-family homes along this highly sought after stretch of Frankfort Ave.

Other Things to Note:
Security camera/recording device — Front - Facing entrance; camera is turned on 24/7 (no audio) and records people coming in/out of the listing.

I very much enjoyed staying at this property with my family. The only issue I had was that there was no light in the hallway walking up to the unit. I contacted customer service and they offered to fix it while we were there but I decided to let them wait until after our trip. Really enjoyed the unit though and the location is perfect. plenty of bars and restaurants and no problem parking.
