Convenient location, stylish apartment
The apartment's location in Melbourne's Southbank is very convenient for walking to dining, sightseeing, public transit and shopping. The excellent coffee shop downstairs almost made up for the lack of a coffee maker of any kind (apart from instant) in the apartment. The beds were comfortable, linens were very good and we appreciated having shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. Clothes washer and dryer also much appreciated, though we brought our own laundry soap. The city location is a bit noisy due to traffic at night, but we got used to it and the noise would not deter us from staying in the apartment again. Overall, very comfortable and clean with comfy sofas and we appreciated having a second bedroom as closet space is limited. We had to pick-up/drop-off the keys at a nearby grocery store, but it is very close by and not much of an inconvenience.

We stayed here for four nights- property is fabulous. The apartment is spacious and lounges, beds etc all really comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped, however, with so many restaurants, bars and cafes all around, we didn't need to cook. It's in the perfect position, literally cross the street and you're in the heart of Southbank promenade. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Melbourne

great location
modern industrial style, secure apartment in a lovely old building. plenty of space, quality beds and linen. yes there's some traffic noise at night but nothing earplugs can't solve and it is located in a big city after all. The location is great. So many cafes and restaurants literally on your doorstep as well as and IGA and Foodworks close by. Easy walk across the bridge to the city and flinders st station, NGV also to South Melbourne Markets and DFO or Casino. We'll happily stay again.
