• 730 square feet with open floor plan concept and nice vaulted ceiling in the living room/kitchen area;
• Situated on the corner, providing the most privacy – a few steps away from the pool and the clubhouse;
• Furnished patio - a place where you can relax with a warm morning coffee;
• A bedroom with a king size bed with direct access to the bathroom and the patio;
• A sleeper sofa bed in the living room, great for guests travelling with kids, playpen:
• Unlimited Wi-Fi access;
• 4K Smart flat screen TV with basic cable and access to applications such as Netflix and Youtube;
• Open concept style kitchen and living area. Kitchen has many amenities allowing you to easily prepare your favorite homecooked meals;
• Washer & dryer inside the unit with a starting kit;
• Towels (bath, face and hands), hair dryer, and a first aid kit;
• For trips to the Beach we provided 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, a beach shelter as well as a cooler.
