Seascape 209 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo located on the second floor with Gulf views.

• Tile and vinyl wood plank are throughout the unit

• The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats four and there are two bar stools for additional seating.

• Washer and dryer are in the unit

• Unit is equipped with Smart TVs ready to use with your own Netflix, Hulu, and other entertainment accounts that you may have (there is no cable or satellite.)

• The living room has a sofa sleeper and a flat-screen TV

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV

You may do some or all of the activities every day and one of your party is free every day.

Escape on the beach
3 minute walk to the beach. Inside the unit is nice and comfortable. The patio furniture was not nice or comfortable. Overall nice place to stay.

Overall, it was a sufficient place to stay. We felt like the photographs were likely taken at the beginning of the VRBO listing and haven’t been updated since. The condo felt worn with stains on the couch and deep markings on the walls with older furnishings. We arrived about 40 minutes before checkin to find the cleaning crew had just arrived and only spent the 40 minutes cleaning with 4 children in tow. We cleaned the condo ourselves the following day to our satisfaction. The location was great and it was just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay but were expecting nicer.

The condo was updated, and nicely decorated. Beds and Living room furniture were very comfortable! Only negative was the lack of forks, and the floor could’ve used another mopping. We will rent it again!
