Your dream home awaits in the Windsor Island Resort home, Lily Paradise! With classy and elegant decor, you can vacation in style! The open floor plan features living room seating, an island bar overlooking the kitchen and a spacious dining room. The downstairs master king ensuite features a bathroom leading to the private pool deck! An additional queen bedroom and shared bathroom is on this level.

You will be surprised when you see all the space the upstairs loft has to spread out! With two tv's, a seating area and pool table you can easily relax or play games together with friends and family. The remaining bedrooms are on this level included a queen master ensuite, two jack and jill queen bedrooms, a twin bedroom and two bunk bedrooms.

The pool deck is the right place for fun in the sun! With seating and it's own private spa, you can easily spend hours of fun right at home!

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! Windsor Island is located in the Davenport area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 38 miles from Orlando international airport, Windsor Island features resort amenities such as a lazy river, huge pool with slide and tiki bar. You will also find a fitness center, Volleyball court, sundry shop, and video arcade.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.


WINDSOR ISLAND NOW REQUIRES ALL GUESTS TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE GATE TO OBTAIN ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY AND EVERY ADULT TO HAVE A VALID ID. Please provide Florida Spirit Vacation Homes with a list of names and drivers who will need to be registered with the gate upon booking.

Beautiful home and property. After contacting the management company about issues with the pool, a repair person was there immediately. Pool worked great the rest of our stay. Some minor repairs are needed, but home was very livable and comfortable. We/I would definately rent this property again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was clean and the place was spacious, couple of little things, like one pool que was a bit broken on the tip and the garbage plastic lid broken, nothing that cant be fixed or replaced easily (putting in on here more so for the company so they are aware for future Guests, oh and it would have been great if some plants or privacy screen would be added to the sides of the pool enclosure for that added privacy, wasn't bad unless of course the ppl on either side are loud or in the pool area 24/7, all in all would definently return.

Great Stay
Had a great stay for 3 weeks at this property. Lovely decor and clean and comfortable beds. Only 3 TV in entire property so can be a concern if in a large group as the house for up to 20 people and if you have different interests could be an issue but not a must have. Pool and hot tub heating was great when working. Had a problem in the 3rd week where it was not working but managed promptly once reported. I would definitely return to stay here again and highly recommend .

Great Disney Getaway
We have been planning this trip for years, and were so happy the property looked just as advertised. We weren't too far from many attractions and dining. The property is also a quick drive to groceries and coffee. Convenient location. Plenty of room for everyone.

We had booked for 5 weeks to stay in a 9 bedroom house with pool in the Windsor Estate, Florida. Family flew in and out to stay at various times throughout our stay. The house was fabulous and estate was too! Florida spirit who maintained house were very quick to fix if anything was wrong with house. Fantastic communal pool with slides and lazy river Close to Disney parks and universal. Shops, restaurants, petrol station etc all within 5-10 mins drive Paddy wagon bar and Adlers burger bar added bonus! My husband and son said it was the best burger they had ever tasted!!
