Ideally located a half-mile stroll from the beach, this Lincoln City home brings ocean views, an abundance of sunlight, and beautiful spaces both inside and out to your next Oregon Coast getaway.

The interior is both cozy and full of sunshine, ensuring that you need not be outside to take in the beauty of the coast. You'll be greeted by a living room with two comfortable sofas that are warmed by a gas fireplace, as well as an adjacent dining nook where you can gather for meals, games, and crossword sessions in the light of picture windows that frame the ocean.

The kitchen, with its stainless steel appliances and lovely teal cabinetry, opens to the first deck, so you can cook with a view of the ocean in the fragrant coastal breeze. There's no shortage of entertainment to welcome you home from the beach each afternoon, with a private hot tub on the upper-level deck, a Ping-Pong table in the garage, and a Golden Tee arcade game on the ground floor.

When the sun is shining, you can leave your bathing suits for the washer/dryer, prepare a barbecue dinner on the gas grill, and roast marshmallows around the firepit as the fog begins to roll in. Watch a movie on one of the home's three TVs, and find sleeping space on each of the three levels.

This home is located in the Wecoma District of Lincoln City, a half-mile stroll from the beach access point at NW 26th Street. You can take quiet morning walks in the Connie Hansen Garden a quarter-mile north, and enjoy easy nightly access to the Chinook Winds Casino only a mile north. You'll also find all sorts of restaurants, eateries, shops, conveniences, and attractions along the Oregon Coast Highway, including the Little Antique Mall less than a quarter-mile east.

PET FRIENDLY: *There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $200 (2 pets). Please be aware failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. *

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

Surfview in Lincoln City
Our large family group spent a week at Surfview. We had many wonderful hours together in the house, as well as spending a day fishing at Devil's Lake and took daytrips to Cape Perpetua/Yachats and to the Newport area (Devil's Churn, Yaquina Bay). I want to particularly thank iTrips for staying in such good communication with us before, during, and after our trip.

Plenty of Space
We had a great time at this home. The weather was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the sunsets from different decks. The fire pit was a great addition. We would have liked a screen door on the sliding door in the kitchen. There was also some water on the carpet downstairs and in the laundry room, though we didn't notice any other water nor did it bother our group. Some of the bed configurations are a little odd, but that's to be expected at a beach house. Overall a great trip to LC.

Family vacation
Very good experience , close to the beach access , we have fun at game room. We appreciated the fact that the house was well equipped. In particular the kitchen had all the appliances, pans and dishes we needed.

Our family of 12 stayed for a week. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen is not as spacious as the pics lead you to believe. The views were amazing. We had a great time overall and the house is very charming. However, we were disappointed that the skylight in the upstairs bedroom was leaking, and so was the sliding door in the kitchen. We had to buy: garbage bags, kitchen towels(1 towel was provided), dishwasher soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper; as there was not enough of any of these things for 12 people staying for a week. The fridge in the garage is leaking. The roku remote in the living room is missing. The hot tub didn't have enough water and smelled strongly of mold. Also, we chose the place partially because it was pet friendly. It was not made very clear that there was a 2 pet max, and had to leave 2 dogs behind at the last minute.

Fantastic weekend getaway!
We had a fantastic weekend away here early November! We had three families with grown kids from ages of 17-20. There was so much room for everyone, and the place was very comfortable! The hot tub on the upper deck offered fantastic views of the sun and waves. The backyard was fenced for our dogs. If we had another night, we would’ve had a fire pit! The walk to the beach was short, and we had some great walks on long stretches of sand. Before we left, we discussed when we would like to come back and enjoy the special spot again!

The house was nearly perfect for our stay. It accommodated our large group comfortably. I would suggest any families with toddlers bring a couple of baby gates. The kitchen was nicely appointed, we had no problem preparing meals. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Big beach house😀
Big house. All 12 of us were comfortable. Check towels and TP when you arrive as we had to call for both. Kitchen was very user friendly. Downstairs people said downstairs shower was unusable so they came upstairs for showers. I never bothered to look. Upstairs and main floor had good showers. Overall, was a good experience. Parking for 3 cars and one small one in front of garage.

Amazing Stay !
The houses location was perfect. Upon arrival we were happy to see a cozy home with an amazing view. Clean bedrooms and beds. Multiple levels of entertainment in the house, complete with a deck, games in the garage(which we played for hours) and of course a very relaxing hot tub ! Not to mention it’s walking distance from the blackfish restaurant, which has delicious food and drink.

Great location and space for our entire family!
We had 12 of our family stay at the house (8 adults, 4 children) and it was plenty of room for us all. There were actually more beds than expected because there is a hidden bed in one of the hallways, so each kid had their own space. The house was exactly as described and had 3 parking spaces so there was ample parking. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. There were also plenty of towels, toiletries, and toilet paper. Which I have found is a novel experience. Most places don’t have much for you but this place had almost everything you could need. The communication with the management was easy, although I didn’t need to contact them for anything while we were there because everything was just as expected. I would highly recommend this property and would love to stay there again the next time we’re in Lincoln City!

Homey and spacious
This house is absolutely adorable! The check in/out process was easy and owner checked in via email, which was nice. There is ample space for a lot of people and everyone enjoyed their time. We had 10 adults and 2 kiddos under 3, and we never felt cramped. We would definitely come back! Location is close to the arcade and different restaurants. The only downfall was our sheets had stains/some hair on it (looked like dog fur) and the hot tub was also a little dirty. To be fair, we didn’t reach out to the owners so we weren’t overly concerned, but just a heads up. We also couldn’t find the ping pong table, but there is a fuse ball table/small basketball game in the garage!

Great stay

Coast stay with friends
Overall the property had a lot of positive aspects. But, it was clearly a little rundown and needed some care. We contacted the agent who was very responsive and sent people to address a few big issues. The handyman worked so hard to clear the drains, get propane, get doors working properly. Still. Inside window sills was moldy and dirty, as we opened doors and windows. While someone came and ´cleaned´the hot tub, it was still murky and we didńt venture in. One concern not addressed was the stovetop, which had a burner that was working backwards: in the off position it was on medium and emitting gas; in the medium position it was off. Fortunately, we figured it out, but it wastn’t addressed during out stay and could be quite hazardous.

Weekend Family Getaway
