部屋の壁に貼られている浅草仕様のお買いものパンダがとても可愛かったです。エントランスやエレベーターにもさり気なくいるお買いものパンダを見つけるのも楽しかったです。特典のお買いものパンダアメニティも可愛かったです。 アメニティは必要最低限のものがある形でした。ハンドソープ、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、ボディタオル、歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉、綿棒、使い捨てスリッパはありました。ヘアブラシ、メイク落とし、洗顔フォームは、いつもホテルに行くとあって持っていかなくてもよかったのに、今回は持参が必要でした。 ツインの部屋でしたが、シングルかと思うくらいの広さでした。 ＵＣＣのコーヒーサーバーがありますが、ミネラルウォーターはないので、チェックイン前に買ってきたほうが良いです。２階に自販機がありますが、全部売り切れでした。 チェックインを端末で操作しますが、予約番号＝自分の予約時の電話番号に気づくまで時間がかかってしまいました。本人確認のためにコールセンターへ接続されますが、なかなかつながらないため、かなり待たされます。 壁紙のお買いものパンダに癒やされて快適に過ごせました。

お買いものパンダのアメニティをもらえたことが何より嬉しかったです。部屋着が無いことも予め明記があったので、戸惑うこともありませんでした。部屋の壁にはおパンたちのかわいいイラストがたくさんで、エントランスからエレベーターの中は隠れおパンたちがいて、スタッフさんたちのおパン愛を感じました。ただ、電気のスイッチが扱いづらかったです。寝るときに、足元だけ電気がつくようになっていたらよかったなと思いました。

下記が残念でした ・用意されてあった紙コップが剥き出しで置かれていたこと ・テーブルをはじめ、コップのトレイや窓際やベッドサイドなど、掃除がなされていないことがわかるほどに埃が溜まっていること 電気ケトルに水が入ったままだったこと ・無人フロントに置いてある検温器が全てバッテリー不足で使用できないこと
