This is the perfect property for anyone looking for space, comfort and value all in one package. This 3-bedroom 2 bath pool condo on the well known community of villas at island club is one of the closest communities to Disney, which is less than 10 minutes away. The property itself has a beautiful open, sunny lounge dining area with large flat screen tv. The bedrooms are bright airy and spacious with a distinct Florida feel along with small touches of Disney. Tastfully re-floored throughout the communal areas adds that touch of modern design. A fully stocked functional kitchen along with a private outside balcony area makes this property hard to beat for location and value.
The resort communal areas share 2 swimming pools, a clubhouse with fitness center and arcade, tennis court, playground and a picnic area !!!!!!

Christmas with family
Dining room chairs legs were coming apart. The beds were very uncomfortable. A little paint would go a long way. Phone connection was very poor. Our contacts were very helpful, and courteous when needed. Great location for our trip. Would stay there again.

Good location and management
The unit was very clean, best we have seen. Management was responsive and professional, reacting to all our requests quickly. The unit needs updating in most areas to bring it into the 21st century
