Relaxing Stay
We loved staying in Nautical Breeze. It was so lovely sitting on the lanai, looking out over the pool and canal. The house was super comfortable - all appliances, TV and internet were top-notch. No worries...be happy became our motto!

Villa Nautical Breeze Cape Coral
Beautiful vacation spot on a canal in Cape Coral. We particularly enjoyed the solar heated pool. The property was clean and the property management company was very responsive. You can see Manatees and Turtles in the canal behind the pool and burrowing owls in the neighborhood.

Location was good
Our family has probably stayed at 20+ homes through VRBO, we consider ourselves to be pretty picky, that being said, the property was fine, it needs new flooring throughout, it needs new bathrooms. The caulk and grout in the shower was just dirty. The pool was nice, the dock was nice but we are boaters and had our boat with us and it was a long way to open water. The communication was good and responsive. The property needs some love and maybe some bikes or Kayaks.

Amazing home/neighborhood
This property was close to all the stores, restaurants, and not too far from Ft. Myers. We absolutely loved staying here. Would definitely rent again. We didn’t even have to go out at night, because the house and pool were so nice!
