3 bedroom Luxury Beach house with all mod-cons for a perfect family holiday. Enter the house and find a Sitting Room with split system at front of house. Great place for reading or getting away from children for some peace.
Then the house has large open plan area, split system, with billiard table, fireplace, wall mounted Smart Tv, large couch, Kitchen with Island bench and stools, induction top, microwave, coffee machine.
There is Indoor dining seating up to 10 guests and Outdoor dining undercover. Outdoor entertaining is undercover with ceiling heaters, large bbq, bar fridge and sink. There are external automated blinds in this area. Outside has a mod grass area, garage with its own bathroom and outdoor shower.
Garage is large enough for parking cars, boat and jetski's securely.
There is wifi, laundry with washing machine and dryer and ducted heating.
The House is approx 300m walk to the beach
