Break Away! Wow factor! Resort style accommodation with privileges to use the Mantarays Resort swimming pool! conditions apply

Very high living at this cutting edge, modern, designed holiday house. This property does not face the canals, but faces the resort.

Built to the highest standard with quality everything. Expansive upstairs verandah, with views to the Cape Ranges for sunset.

Break Away is next to a park, opposite Mantarays Resort with privileges to use the swimming pool as part of the deal when staying at Break Away holiday rental! Conditions apply

Four large bedrooms, two with queen beds and two rooms with 4 single beds. The master bedroom, ensuite. All the living areas are upstairs allowing views of the Exmouth canals.

Three bedrooms and multiple wet areas are down stairs. Secure carport with room for two cars. Limited parking for boats.

Perfect accommodation for Wedding groups who may be attending a reception across the road at the Resort.

Please note that Dunes (also managed by Ningaloo Reef Holidays) is part of the same building. You will be sharing access from the road with the canal facing Dunes property. Please be mindful of parking which is limited.
All linen and bath towels are provided.

Pool and resort entry privileges are subject to Mantarays Terms and Conditions and may include events that restrict access resulting in closure to outside guests

This property is self-contained.

Really happy with our choice and with access to the Mantarays Resort to use the pool was a bonus. The house was very comfortable for 4 adults, bedrooms a good size. The BBQ was handy to use and cook outside watching the sun set. Kitchen was well appointed.

Perfect Escape
House was perfect for two families of four escaping the cold and wet in Perth. Would loved to have stayed longer. Bonus was the access to Mataray Pool. We enjoyed many an afternoon swim and cocktail there. Thank you. Was our first visit to Exmouth and we’ll be back.

For us the positioning of this house was very important and it didnt disappoint along with having the pool passes to use the resort pool. House was very spacious
