The unit is centrally located and you can easily walk to the beach just across the street, Surfers or Broadbeach and shops and restaurants. You will be offered one secure car space in the basement of the building but there are also visitors parking and free parking on Fern street and nearby streets. During summer holidays, free street parking may be a little harder to find however there are several close by streets you can direct your search towards to find extra parking.
Other things to note
The building comprises of 49 units in total with 2 units per floor with no adjacent walls to ensure your privacy, however we ask that you still respect your neighbours with no parties policy and keeping the noise down from 9pm at night. The unit is on the 18th floor with 2 newly renovated lifts. The views of the beach, river and city skyline are breathtaking from this height.
