The Pictures are as good as it gets.
The layout of the property was fantastic but the quality of the furniture and linen provided was very poor. The downstairs area clearly has major damp issues and no ventilation. Overall the house was extremely dirty when we arrived. This was despite us reading previous reviews warning us of this and us emailing prior to arriving to ensure the place would be clean as we were concerned based on previous reviews. There is only one TV in the whole place and it is situated on the damp area of the house with zero internet.

Unclean property
Property was not clean, garage door was not operational, the supply of hot water stopped, there was no contact for an emergency plumber or electrician.

Good property, great agent
Trish was lovely and easy contact. She helped me to place a lot of confidence in our booking. She was able to answer all our questions, returned every phone call and email, and provided as much information as necessary. The property we stayed at was lovely, although the bottom level was a bit smelly. Once we aired this out, it didn't seem to be an issue. Perhaps the recent rain and the house being closed up caused an initial smell. The glasses in the cupboard were a bit sticky and dirty, unfortunately. We had our own dinnerware and used that instead. The house was well kept and pretty much as advertised. Overall, I would definitely rent through the same company again. Thank you, Trish, for your lovely service.
