Villa Blue has been a favorite holiday destination for the owners family, friends and guests since its completion in Christmas 2006.The property is architecturally designed to take maximum advantage of the beach side location, surf, sand and ocean views. 
Even when you are sitting inside the top floor you have views out to the ocean as if you are sitting on a ship. The nautical feel is enhanced by the polished blackbutt wood floors and marine ply ceilings. Views abound from Villa Blue.

From the expansive top deck and the 8 seater table the view north takes you to Lion Head, the most southern part of Noosa Heads and south to Caloundra and Moreton Island.  It is a short walk along the beach to Lion Head on the beach. The view directly in front of the property looks over the dog friendly beach, Burgess Creek and the 2 surf breaks right in front are regularly populated by surfers.

From the rear deck are some of the best sunsets you will ever see. The main bedroom has ocean views and a deck outside with a spa where you can relax and see the ocean.  Early risers can see the magnificent sunrises and in the evening, it is delightful to watch the moon glistening over the ocean whilst enjoying a relaxing spa.

The property is well equipped for entertaining and for those who enjoy sampling the wonderful providence of food available in the Noosa area. The kitchen is equipped with 3 programmable miele ovens: a pyrolytic oven, a steam oven and a combi oven together with a 5 burner miele gas hob. This kitchen was used to film the first series of 4 Ingredients, the cooking show based on the cook book written by 2 Sunshine Coast residents.

A walk to the beach is only a few minutes away. The local café is an 8 minute walk away. Supermarkets, Hastings Street and Noosa National are only a 10 minute drive away. The base of Lion Head is the southern end of the Noosa National Park. There are walking trails through the Noosa National Park and taking you to Hastings Street.

The property has a many other features for easy living, including a lift which is good for the elderly and handicapped guests as well as for those who have shopping and luggage to take up the 2 floors.  All the bedrooms are air conditioned and the property has a laundry with a miele washer and dryer. Off street parking available.

All of our properties will include an amenities welcome pack to get you started for your holiday. Including coffee, tea, sugar, milk, toilet paper and bathroom amenities. Additional supplies may then be purchased to replenish this throughout your stay.
