This home is nestled in a quiet Portland suburb, only 12 miles from PDX Airport and this ranch style home is close to shopping, bus line and 205 freeway. With plenty of outdoor space, this home features 3 comfortable and updated bedrooms, a bathroom with plenty of space and a home gym/game room. There, you will find a full body workout! From weights and a stationary bike to a treadmill, you will find the perfect morning workout selection!
The home may include a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property. It allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Tampering is prohibited.
We live not too far away, so while you likely won't see us, we will be available if needed! We are always happy to make recommendations, answer any questions or just to chat about your trip! We also utilize a co-host to make sure your questions are answered promptly.
Quiet residential neighborhood off of Andresen and Vancouver Mall Drive. Located in Orchards area. Just Blocks from the Vancouver Mall.

Great Place! Would Recommend to All!
While the outside may look a little plain, the inside was perfectly comfortable, very clean and nicely decorated. They had everything you need for a short stay in town. It was quiet, nestled a few blocks from any busy traffic, yet offering quick access to all of the major freeways. The owners were absolutely GREAT communicators as well. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for making your property available to us...it was perfect for our trip!

Comfortable-I would stay here again!
The house is at least 50 years old and the yard has been neglected. The neighborhood is very quiet which was a pleasant surprise. The inside was updated in the form of beds, washer, dryer, dishwasher, ceiling fans, lights, refrigerator, etc. This may not be a good house for more than 2-3 people because there is only one bathroom. Also, our stay was during a heat-wave and the house was Air-Conditioned only in the living room by a split-unit so the bedroom doors had to stay opened to get any cool air although each room did have individual heating so this will not be an issue if there is not a NN heat-wave during your stay. The garage was the determining factor for us because the garage door could be used to load and unload things like luggage and groceries. One TV in the living room with infinite choices.

Great place for our family of six. Clean, well kept. Air conditioning was great. Fitness room and equipment was nice. Host was nice. Close to restaurants and grocery. Easy access to main routes for things to see/do. Great experience.
