Great Villa for families

Great location, poor cleanliness
The house is not cleaned between guests. After booking we received an email stating that we had to leave the house clean for the next guest. This was not made clear before booking. The house was dusty with massive cobwebs in parts of the house, and dust build up under the beds, and also behind the cabinets in the bedrooms. There was no vacuum cleaner, and only an outside broom to sweep the floors, which made it very difficult to actually clean. The kitchen had very few utensils and other equipment. The shower pressure was extremely low, and the hot water took a long time to heat up. It seems as if no-one has really maintained this property for some time or considered the experience of the guests. The light in the master room ensuite did not work, and despite reporting it to the property manager early in our stay they did not fix it, or even return my phone call. It's a shame because the location, and access to a pool and the beach makes it a great spot to stay.

Loved it!
The only downfall for us was the showers. But aside from that we loved the property and the location, managers are super easy to deal with and very informative. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again x

Spacious unit, plenty of room for 7 people, good having 2 tv areas and wifi worked well. No dvd as advertised but Netflix was on the smart TV, could not get ch 2 downstairs,coffee machine in kitchen was a surprise,air con worked ok. No wine glasses so went to op shop to buy. Garage needs a sweep out, full of leaves. Windows and doors hard to operate. Terrible water pressure in the bathroom, Need transportation to stay here, a little out of town, but walkable. Lovely beaches very close by including the one out the front.
