This 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms pool villa has one of the best locations in Cape Coral with direct sailboat access out to the open water. You're only minutes away from enjoying some of the world's most beautiful beaches like Ft Myers, Sanibel and Captiva.
Located right on the canal with beautiful views over the water. The lanai has perfect eastern exposure where you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise every single morning and soak up the sun ALL day.

The villa has a boat dock available for rental boats!

When staying in Villa Lanai, you're close to EVERYTHING, shopping, dining and the nightlife of Fort Myers, Florida nature and the Gulf of Mexico with beautiful beaches and wildlife like dolphins and manatees.

Here you can enjoy the spacious pool while and gorgeous water views over the canal. Being so close to open water, the chances are big that you will see both dolphin and manatees swim by the house. The large lanai area has huge lounging sofa area as well as big dining table to fit the whole family, and plenty of room to soak up the Florida sunshine.

All social areas are equipped with a TV, even outside on the lanai.

The accommodating concrete dock gives you the opportunity to rent a boat during your stay.

The villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The master bedroom is has a King size bed and a TV. The second and third both have Queen size beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and ice-maker, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Outside there is a gas BBQ-grill.

The villa also offers WIFI if you want to use your own computer, pad or smartphone.

Lovely Home
Nice, big home, clean. Has everything needed for cooking, plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Furniture was ok and of average comfort. Nice yard with canal view. Quiet ,walkable neighborhood. Nice pool. We found that the tv on the lanai did not work, tv in the front room either did not work or wasn’t hooked up properly to the box. The tv in the living room had limited channels. Overall, very nice house. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome home!
Home and location were amazing. The outdoor area was perfect for our family. From swimming, to late-night fishing off the dock, everything was great. I definitely recommend .

Loved the pool and Lanai
We loved our time at the house!! Favorite area was the pool and lanai though. The pool was so refreshing especially with the 90-100 degree temps the week we visited. House was spacious for our family of 4. Lots of pool floats, cooler, fishing poles and other games left for our use that we didn’t expect. We used canals with our inflatable kayaks too. Very receptive vacation home manager, thanks Marie! Only minor negative comments would be: 1-bedrooms stayed pretty warm despite ceiling fans no matter what temp house was set at…… 2-faucet water didn’t ever get cold so we had to fill water bottles and refrigerate in advance or buy water bottles for use. 3- master bedroom had a slide door off the track between bedroom and bathroom was a little inconvenient.
