BBQ's and Mountain Views

Electric fireplaces and smart tv's in each living room. A wrap around balcony with bistro set. Enjoy a nightcap around the covered lower deck firetable with ample seating. Large backyard with picnic table and bench seating ready for the family BBQ.

Luxurious spa like bathroom to unwind after a lovely meal enjoyed in the spacious kitchen/dining area. Long leather sofas facing sunsets and BC mountains.

At the end of the night a restful sleep in a quiet King bedroom or one of two queen beds.

Please note: There is also a Garden suite not included in rental. They do not access the backyard.

EV charger on site as well as water on demand.

Lovely in Langley
This property had everything we needed. Great location, walking distance to coffee shops. Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities and extra touches! Super host - very accommodating and responsive.

We've been living in this home since 2018 chipping away at renovations inside and out. It's finally completely updated and such a pleasure to host from that we decided to offer it as a space for others to enjoy/host from. The modern updates make keeping the space clean really easy and fitting the home with gorgeous linens and dinnerware etc has been part of the perk to opening the home to rentals. The added income helps our family of 5 to offset costs of traveling to other VRBO's. It's been a really positive experience for us!

Why they chose this property

We moved to this neighbourhood because of the charm. There is an old chocolate factory that's been converted into a montessori school- there's 2 bakery cafe's kitty corner to each other at an old roundabout... a charming bed and breakfast a few doors down... we're a minute from a bunch of herritage buildings to the west and a 3 minute drive east to groceries, hospital, rcmp, schools and community center etc. We're truly situated on a nice piece of land in the center of it all.

What makes this property unique

We're on a 1/4 acre lot so we have lots of yard space and driveway and privacy from our neighbours without feeling isolated. We've renovated the entire home so it's a sturdy 50s home in its bones with high quality new materials inside. The style considerations make the home unique as it's rare for rental homes to invest in quality over function. Our linens are organic, our dishes sturdy and high quality. Even the flatware is high quality to enjoy the space and every meal. The kitchen is stocked with anything you'd need and if you'd like extra it's only a message away as we have things on site but not in the cupboards to save space like ice cream makers etc.
