The property sleeps 10 comfortably with a cot and numerous couches for others should it be req’d.

Private basement suite and half of the upstairs with privacy doors.
Upstairs waterside bedroom has a patio door and semi private patio space.

One guest per guest per day and only guests overnight

Kayaks and axe throwing included with waiver signing.

Located on the beautiful Eastern Shore, 25 Mins from Dartmouth. Escape the city and enjoy the beautiful ocean bay views from Myers Point.

The Suite is fully equipped with new appliances throughout.

Every room has a fireplace, smart TV, phone charge lamps, sofa, lounging chair and a desk and chair.

The main room has a smart tv, fireplace, spacious, pac man, numerous board games, darts, and incredible views that can often include deer, eagles, osprey, harbor seals, herons, pheasants, etc............

Exclusive to the renter; the main lawn and main patio on the main lawn. The lower area to the water, boat ramp and dock are also available to you but is also used by family and friends.

Your patio has a large fireplace as you overlook the bay.

Lawn games include: Axe throwing, Horseshoes, Ring toss, Croquet, Bocce ball, Washer toss and more to come.

NO SMOKING INSIDE

As this is on the water, obviously there is NO PRIVACY for conversation when outdoors.

Butt can and ashtrays provided for outdoors.

We held our wedding here and it was the perfect spot for an intimate wedding. Property was beautiful and Captain G was amazing and so helpful and considerate. Couldn’t recommend more.

Great place to stay for a large group.
We had a wonderful family weekend stay. There is so much here for all ages to do, rain or shine, or just relax on the expansive deck. We really could have used another day or two to do everything. The host is very accommodating. I would highly recommend this beautiful spot.

Amazing Property
We had a group of 8 women staying at the property. The property was amazing! We would like to go back when the weather is warmer so we get to enjoy the outside more. The house was beautiful. The host was awesome!

Gary Evans MM CD did almost 40 years of sea service. The first 20+ yrs of which were in the Canadian navy. He then went on to attain his Master Mariner certification, retiring from the worlds waters as a full Captain. His experience varies as Master such as on tug and barge in The St. Lawrence Seaway and Northern Canada; a new build 330’ Liquid Natural Gas RORO ferry in Quebec, close quarter oil rig navigation whilst working in the Seismic industry in the oil fields of the world as well as close quarter vessel operations in the Great Lakes of Canada on the Bulk carriers / 730’ Lakers.

This is the most relaxing and warm place due to the often visiting deer and other wildlife.
The suite is a completely nautical experience.
