This studio offers all of your basic needs of a home away from home and has a side ocean view from it’s 10th floor balcony. Spacious accommodations with two double beds, 1 bathroom and a comfortable living area with flatscreen TV, cable, and complimentary WiFi access.

Guest Interaction: Prior to arrival please feel free to message us in the messaging tool with any questions. After checking in we ask that you contact the front desk for anything you may need, when checking in they will provide you with 24/7 support number. Confirming Reservation: After booking we will send you message to confirm your reservation. A week prior to your stay we will send you a message with reservation number to give front desk and a reminder of check in location and instructions. Other Things to Note: -Must be 21 years of age to rent. -NO PETS ALLOWED. -NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED. -No Motorcycles or trailers allowed on property. -We provide the initial set up of towels, linens and amenities for your stay. A full set of pots, pans and dishes are provided for the room capacity. We recommend bringing pool/beach towels and any specialty cooking tools you may need. -Unit is individually owned and managed by Beach Vacation Condos; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.

Unit needs work and cleaning. I will not rent it again
Overall room was not clean with toilet stained and dirty. Picture that was supposed to be over the bed was laying on the bed with one of the screws on the floor. Refrigerator was pulled out to middle of floor and furniture away from walls like they had just sprayed for insects. Floors were dirty as well. We immediately went to property manager to tell them and said they would send someone over but room wasn’t cleaned and picture remained on the table all weekend. I will not rent this unit again
