This classic terrace is in the ideal spot to explore the charms of Paddington and Woollahra. Plus, it’s got added benefits: parking on site, and it’s pet-friendly! With 3 bedrooms, 2 living areas and 2 bathrooms plus an outdoor space with BBQ, it’s got a lot going for it. WiFi and a work space are additional pluses.

This traditional terrace, with some lovely architectural detailing, is split over 3 levels with stairs to the entry. It’s also accessible from the rear and has parking for a single car in a lock-up garage.

You enter into the front living area, with comfortable sofas and chairs, a smart TV and a dining suite for 4. This flows through the galley kitchen with microwave, double sink, dishwasher and coffee machine, into the second light and bright lounge, also with a smart TV. The gorgeous arched windows look out into the courtyard, with some seating, a BBQ and a basketball hoop. The garage is up some steps at the rear. There is also a full bathroom and laundry room with washing machine and dryer downstairs on the ground floor.

On the middle floor are two bedrooms both with queen beds. The master bedroom faces the back of the terrace and light streams through the full width windows and the French doors that open to the Juliet balcony. New electric roller blinds and wrought iron railings complete the picture and there’s plenty of wardrobe space and a TV for your convenience.

The second bedroom faces the front of the street. It also has a Queen bed, Juliet balcony with basket hanging chair, and plenty of wardrobe space. Both are nicely decorated and all linen is provided. The separate study space in the hallway of the second floor offers a great spot to do some work should you need to.

On the top level is an attic style bedroom with a double bed, exposed brick walls, a sky light and a period style iron baby cot. Please note the A/C is not in working order.

In a quiet residential street, yet just 8 minutes walk to Oxford Street, this is an ideal location. There are 2 pubs within a stone’s throw of the property and an abundance of eateries within walking distance. Oxford Street provides many amenities but there is also a convenience store just a few minutes north. Queen Street, Woollahra is also a short walk away.

Explore Paddington Markets at the weekend, try the famous Lord Dudley Hotel or spoil yourself for dinner at Chiswicks. And that’s just for starters.

If you’re bringing your beloved furry friend you’ll enjoy some of the local walks, including through Trumper Park to the north.

Two local galleries are worth a visit, as is Double Bay, still within walking distance. And if you need to travel further afield, buses head into Sydney Town Hall from just around the corner and along Oxford Street to Bondi.

It really is a great base to enjoy a stay in the Eastern suburbs.

While this property is listed as 'pet friendly' we do still require you to notify us if you would like to bring your pet and let us know what type of pet/breed it is. We will then advise if your pet is approved. If approved you will still be required to pay a $100 pet fee via our guest portal during the on-line check in process.

Great spot
Very clean and great location in Paddington between the Edgecliff and Woollahra shops. A bit poky but it’s a Paddington terrace, so that’s to be expected.

Great location and comfortable space. Could have a better equipped kitchen and had issues with motorized blinds on the second floor. No cushions for back patio chairs. Overall a solid rental but could easily rate higher with some attention to a few details.
