Easy access to Lake Fairfield and Sapphire National Golf Course, and nearby to the Resort Center with Indoor/Outdoor Swimming, 3 lakes, 2 golf courses, etc.
Property Highlights: Wood burning fireplace, up-scale furnishings, private balcony off of the living and dining area perfect to let in those cool mountain breezes, well-appointed kitchen with all the comforts of home, televisions in the living area, and master bedroom. New Washer and dryer, luxurious master bathroom featuring a soaking tub with a beautiful mountain view. Private balconies on both levels. Easy access to the parking area.

The lower level master bedroom features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and a large master bathroom with a separate glass-enclosed shower, granite double vanity, and jacuzzi tub.

Sapphire Valley Resort Amenity Information:
This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, Indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on lift tickets and rentals during the winter season.
Real estate agencies and/or individual owners wishing to rent out their homes must send a rental/lease agreement with all renters when they come to the Community Center for card pick-up.
Renters will need to present ID to obtain these cards. The number of children under the age of fourteen (14) will be placed on the accompanied adults cards.

PLEASE READ IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION:
Cancellation Policy: 100% of paid prepayments are refundable when cancelled 30 days before arrival or earlier. (-$100 Cancellation Fee) 50% of paid prepayments are refundable when cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier. (-$100 Cancellation Fee) 0% refundable if cancelled after, unless the property can be re-booked under the same terms for the same time period with no loss to the owner.
Security Deposit: A Credit Card Pre-Authorization of 10% is due 1 day before arrival and released 7 days after departure.
Payment Schedule: 50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.

North Carolina Requires a written Rental Agreement to be signed, you will receive this via email after you book and have 7 days to return it. You can print it, fill it out, and email if back to us, you can mail it, or we can send you an electronic version via DocuSign for you to complete. You will also receive a Guest List to fill out with the names and ages of everyone in your party in order to obtain Sapphire Valley Amenity Passes for your stay. These Documents are required to fully confirm your booking, any reservation missing these documents is subject to cancellation.

Two month visit in the mountains
This was truly one of the best vrbo experiences. The unit was well equipped and there was actually sufficient kitchen resources to cook and serve a meal! The views were awesome sitting on the porch in the morning having coffee and planning the day. The location was perfect for day trips to Asheville and the Highlands. Cashiers was great with every service within minutes and yet we were tucked away in the mountains. The beds were very comfortable, with plenty of quality towels and linens. We could actually feel like it was a home away from home!

Perfect Relaxing Weekend
The property was just as advertised. It appeared that upgrades had been made recently and the location was very convenient to both Highlands NC and Cashiers NC - with all the shops, restaurants, hikes, and waterfalls within 10-15 min. Also the ability to use the amenities at the club house for putt putt, game room and pool was great for the kids! My only suggestion is I would recommend they put a TV in the guest room.
