Great place, but there were a couple things that was not working right! The back patio light and fan wasn’t working correctly. The turn cabinets weren’t wiped clean. The master bedroom had two twin beds put together to mack a full size bed! Needless to say it wasn’t a good sleep bc it felt like I was falling in between the beds. Great community and friendly neighbors and peaceful! I had a great time over all and I definitely would rent this place

We loved staying at this lovely condo, but wish we knew their were no dish towels, oven mitts or sponges. Also, the kitchen light and some of the bed room lights didn't work. We did love the screened in balcony and sitting outside over looking the lake. The area was beautiful and we loved being so close to many favorite locations. We highly recommend

Baseball Trip
Location is key when picking a spot to stay while on vacation and the location is perfect. I will say that previous reviews were pretty accurate in regards to the cleaning crew not being as diligent as they could have been and the beds definitely need to be updated, the king is simply 2 twins pushed together. We had a drainage problem in the en-suite bathtub that was not addressed during our stay, called after first night in condo. The size and location make this a rental I would choose again.

Spacious unit (#204)
Arrived and contactless check-in was easy. Host provided a folder with restaurant and other suggestions. Kitchen was well supplied with utensils, pots, pans, blender, etc. Host only supplied a mini shampoo, body wash, 1 detergent pouch and 2 dishwasher pouches so we had to buy hand soaps, toilet paper, and paper towel for the bathrooms/kitchen. Building is well maintained and has a nice half mile walking trail in the center of buildings along with pools(not heated) and grills. Unit did have some nails in The flooring near the kitchen that we’re sticking up/caught in socks/hurt bare feet as well as the strip between the carpet and flooring in The bedroom nearest the kitchen. Location was great-short drive to restaurants, entertainment, beach. HOA is quick to leave warnings on door (we left a grocery bag with empty water bottles from traveling outside the door as we arrived early and there was no mention as ti where the dumpsters are-not close to the building-and woke up to a warning and email from host about a potential $150 charge for it). The unit was extremely quiet, but walking around the path there were a lot of units with barking dogs out in screened in porches that could be very loud. Host had some games and books available in the unit and the screened in porch area was a nice additional place to sit, but we could not use it at night-if we turned the lights on they immediately switched off for some reason. Overall, great unit
