Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
HORRIBLE!!! There was a very strong and pungent odor that slapped you in the face immediately upon entering the condo. There was a strong mold/mildew stench that permeated through the whole condo. And to make it worse, there were air fresheners and candles in just about every room attempting to cover up the horrible smell. I attempted to contact the property manager via email twice, but I only received generic email responses that didn’t address the issue. I had just got out of the Aruba hospital, and my wife occasionally uses an inhaler. This unit aggravated both of our conditions instead of providing a luxurious experience as advertised. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
