About this property

Cheerful 2 bedroom downtown house with parking

The house is a lovely two bedroom house located in the McBurney Park Neighbourhood. We are a few short steps from McBurney (Skeleton Park), a gathering place for the young and the young at heart, with beautiful shady trees, a playground and basketball court. In the winter, there are neighbourhood skating rinks.

The house is located in a central spot to explore Kingston, situated a few blocks from downtown and a 10 minute walk to Queen’s University. Kingston has amazing attractions from its culinary scene to outdoor adventures, which we have highlighted below. The Leon’s Centre is a 10 minute walk and is the host to the Kingston Frontenacs hockey team and also to many fantastic shows. Kingston’s Springer Market Square is full of many activies year round, with Feb Festival in the winter months, and a vibrant music, entertainment and market scene, April through to November. The memorial market, open all year round, is a short walk away and is a treasure trove of delicious food, treats and entertainment.

Great Neighborhood
Fantastic place to stay! The pictures don’t do it justice. Very cute and nicely decorated. Super clean! Great communication with owner. Easy check in process. Great to have off street parking, uncovered in driveway. Nice neighborhood, close to Skeleton Park and easy walking distance to Queen’s University and downtown. Very close to Princess Street and lots of fun restaurants, shops and bars. Has everything we needed. 2 nice sized bedrooms with eat in kitchen, comfortable living room with large extra dining table which we used to play cards. Quiet and pretty backyard to relax in after long day of exploring. Very clean, large bathroom with instant hot water, nice shower and a soaking tub. Honestly, everything you need plus parking and a great location. I would definitely stay here again if returning to Kingston. Highly recommended for a small family, 2 couples or two singles.
