Fully equipped kitchen with new cabinets, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances and a small bar eating area. Enjoy a bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower, drying towel rack with timer for your swimming suits and towels, double sink vanity. Bedroom features new furniture including a king size bed and TV. Living room has a 55'' curved smart TV a couch and a rocking chair. The unit has a dedicated Wi-Fi connection. Fans in all rooms and all areas are well lit with real crystal lights. Enjoy watching multiple yachts pass by or dolphins from a large balcony. Books and board games are provided. Russian TV is available upon request.

Building is just steps from the beach and is well maintained with multiple gas grills, heated pool and a maintenance on site

Average property, average location. Elevator went out of service the last evening of our stay, request for service that evening went unanswered requiring us to carry our luggage/cooler down the stairs the next morning.

Even that the terrace was not fully available due to construction the stay was fantastic and we plan to come back.
