A magnificent and spacious condo in a new construction with a dream location for nature lovers is what you are looking for. There are plenty of activities in the area.

1- CONDO ARCHITECTURE AND EQUIPMENT
As soon as you arrive, you will immediately be charmed by the elegance and unique character of this new construction. Built for the greatest comfort, it will charm you with its architecture and its windows.

Vast spaces favoring exchanges and gatherings between your loved ones or friends with small details that will please everyone, everything has been designed with the well-being of our guests in mind.

The shared outdoor sauna will enhance your stay. The large heated storage box with garage door located on the ground floor will allow you to store your sporting goods safely. No need to bring your boot dryer, there is one available in the entrance walk-in. The common mechanical workshop with basic tools and washing station is at your disposal to maintain your equipment. (The workshop will be available shortly.)

In the heart of the village of Orford, with Mont-Orford and SEPAQ (national park) in the backyard, outdoor activities will never get so close!

The magnificent city of Magog is also 8 minutes from the condo! Well-known for its many restaurants, Lake Memphremagog and its breathtaking landscapes, the Magog/Orford region is without a doubt one of the most beautiful regions in Quebec.

3- THE EASTERN TOWNSHIPS: A 4-SEASON DESTINATION!
The panorama of the region is incredible, regardless of the season! As you can see from the photos, some of the most beautiful views in the Eastern Townships are just minutes from the condo.

A great place
We fell in love with this place. Felt totally at home the minute we walked in the door, it was so welcoming. A beautifully decorated main open space, with three big windows that let in light with views of the fall colours. Generous outdoor patio with a heater if needed. Indoor fireplace, and individual reading lights which we appreciated. So many thoughtful features, that anticipated possible needs or desires. Comfortable beds, and even a walk in closet, separate laundry room, ski or bike storage. Fully equipped kitchen, even had a lemon zester when we needed it. It's a totally new building, landscaping still being completed. We were very fortunate to be the first guests. We spent 4 very enjoyable days here.
