What to be aware of:

- Pool is heated at no extra charge.
- Good Neighbor Policy & City Law: Any activity or gathering that disturbs the peace or quiet of the residence or neighborhood is prohibited any time of day, particularly between the hours of 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. If a neighbor calls or comes over and asks you to quiet down, be friendly and quiet down. Rental properties cannot be used for non-residential activities such as corporate events, parties or weddings. (Noise is monitored by NoiseAware devices) The city has laws about noise disturbances. If police are called, they may impose fines that guests will be responsible for.
- No Smoking of any kind anywhere on the property.
- No Pets Allowed.
- Max car parking is 4. Besides the 2 garage spots, there's room for an additional 2 cars in the driveway. Absolutely No street parking available, fines of up to $2500 will be imposed by the HOA if your vehicle is parked on the street.
- Highchair and Pack-n-Play are available upon request

The house set up was perfect for our families stay. We were here for our son’s wedding.
Beautiful home and perfect set up for us. We were in town for our son’s wedding. Location is also perfect to get to stores and venues. Would definitely stay here again.
