About this property

Melliodora - Relax, Unwind & Recharge

Our house is situated on 10 acres 3km from the Mansfield township overlooking the beautiful Samaria Ranges. You have access to the entire house.
The house less than 1 km from the Great Victorian bike trail, longest bike trail in Victoria, perfect for biking, walking or horse riding. In winter you are 1/2 hour to the gates of Mt Buller. A short walk to the Mansfield Golf Course or into the vibrant township of Mansfield for a coffee or evening drink at the Pub. Access to the high country and all the hiking and 4WD trails.
Our rammed earth house is a wonderful representation of our region of mountains rivers and vineyards
I love creating beautiful cosy house interiors and have developed a good sense of what guests need for a comfortable stay and to be made to feel a little bit special from our own extensive travels.

There is no access to the study. Guests will be allowed access to the bedrooms for the amount of people booked.

For those heading up to Mt Buller we have a drying room and boot dryer and also a ski rack in the garage.

There is an unfenced dam on the property please ensure children are watched accordingly

Lovely older home, Missing the mod cons. No air conditioning and we were up on a hot weekend and the home, being rammed earth, gets very hot and takes time to cool. Wonderful host and looked after us even had a bottle of bubbly on our arrival.
