Kangaroo Cottage close to Green Island

Great location for a family holiday - walk out the front door seconds from some of the best surfing, swimming and fishing spots on the south coast. Or take a hot outdoor shower after your beach trip and relax on the rear deck whilst the kids play in large backyard. Cafe located just around the corner, selling pantry staples and fresh coffee.

Ground floor features bedroom with 2 sets bunks, bathroom with toilet and shower, laundry and an extra toilet. Upper floors have the two bedrooms (queen / double) and open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room with lovely woodland views.

Bed linen and towels provided for bookings made from the 20.4.24.

There is no dining table but offers a four seater breakfast bar.

Aircon on both levels.

Ceiling Fans in bedrooms.

Perfect beach escape
The property was even better upon arrival with a lot of care and attention clearly given by the owners to little touches that made our stay feel like it was a home away from home. We were craving an escape from the city and the batch didn’t disappoint. The location to the beach was perfect, especially with having a water loving dog and 18 month toddler. The coffee at the cafe which is literally around the corner couldn’t have been better. We will definitely be returning.
