Great location for a ski week!
Myself and two kids (teen and older child) stayed for a week of skiing. Pluses, underground parking (no shoveling car or looking for parking spots!), LOCATION (easily walk to Eagle Lodge or take a nice neighborhood walk), size (plenty of space for the 3 of us.) I would say this listing could be a 5 star with some simple fixes: there is NO place to sit, only an L shaped sofa and small stools for a very small kitchen area. This worked for us with kids but adults, and especially older adults, will find this difficult. A recliner or living room chair set would make a big difference. And the kitchen table was cute and worked for us but for more than one adult it would feel very small and tight. Kitchen had all the needed items for cooking but no spices, again, this isn't something a larger rental company will stock but if the owner did it would be a big bonus and makes the guest feel even more at home. It was fine without, but would be really nice to have. Otherwise, the amount of room inside was plenty. My teen slept on the sofa and said it was very comfortable without pulling out the bed, and my youngest and I used the bed, which was also comfortable. Overall, it's a great place as your base for Mammoth adventures. We love the quieter Eagle side and with the big storm, it was nice to easily get to the grocery store, settle in, and cook meals, and watch a movie, after a long day on the slopes.

Great location and spacious!
This unit has a great location and is spacious. So nice to have covered parking. We loved not having wood flooring as opposed to carpet. Heater worked really well and king bed was very comfy. We liked that there were two sinks outside of the toilet/shower area so we could get ready even if someone was showering. The unit is on the older side and could definitely use some more updating which would make it a way better stay. Needs use a new coffee maker, dishes, glasses, mugs, etc. could use some better supplies such as foil, Saran Wrap… but we really didn’t do much cooking so not sure what else it needs. Lastly, an effort to make the pull out bed more comfortable would be the icing on the cake. I let the property management know these things but if they haven’t changed them in the directions you get - the garage entrance is on holiday vista drive. I don’t think there are two parking spots as it states. The lock on the door does automatically lock and it’s kinda funky but we got it to work with a little trial and error.

Great location. Couch sleeper was terrible/outdated/uncomfortable. Kitchen amenities were non existent. I've stayed in condos all over and I've never had a place without even cooking spray or tupperware. The owners obviously haven't been doing this regularly. Please put a nice sleeper sofa or better sleeping arrangement in the livingroom.

Do not use this company.
They contacted us 3 hours before check in telling us that we could not check in until 5. Upon arrival we find out from neighbors there has been no power in the building for over 24 hours in freezing temperatures. The power company told us it would be out for days. We could not reach anyone from the management company on the phone. We drove to the office during a snow storm. They had no other options for us. We were forced to rent another unit that was twice as expensive. They assured us we would be refunded I have left 5 messages for management with no returned calls and now have to take legal action. I would steer clear of this type of management companies and rent from an individual.
