Beware of the unexpected
So sad for such a beautiful place for so many issues to run in too. One main one being live cockroaches and cockroach traps under kitchen sink so knowing they have a bug issue. Many issues we ran in to from not cleaned to stuff not working and not having chemicals for hot tub. As we had maintenance man come out to bring chemicals he did state we should be calling and having some one sent out but as well deal is to arrive to our vacation we paid for and to enjoy it with little to none issues and to depart when time.

Great Cabin - Needs New Owner
This is our 6th consecutive year, and 6th cabin, we've rented in Broken Bow and by far...the best layout of all the cabin's we've stayed in. The layout, outside, makes it perfect for spending time with everyone whether your at the firepit or in the spa. Unfortunately, the current owners either ran out of money or decided to skimp after that. The dishwasher isn't screwed into the counter so it falls out, the cookware has to be from the dollar store, the eating utensil's are awful, the fireplace's don't work 90% of the time, the internet is so weak that 1/2 the TV's in the bedroom wouldn't connect (work), one light switch controls ALL (YES ALL) of the lights in the cabin that aren't in the bedroom's, the dining room chair's are partially put together and 1/2 were missing screw's (seat's would wobble around). I could go on but I think you get the point. Of all the cabin's we've stayed at, this one cut the most corners just to "get it on the rental market" and it show's.

Amazing Place just as listed
Nice cabin, new like structure, well planned and well managed, everything and every space was clean, lots of utensils and cutlery, Air conditioning was awesome. You can even spend whole night outdoor with fantastic outdoor area. Hot tub was neat, clean and fully functional. 400 Mbps internet with TVs installed and logged in with Netflix, Prime and YouTube. We spent a very good family time indeed.
