This newly renovated lower level apartment is fully furnished with all brand new furnishings including king size bed and a sofa bed. Parking is protected by lights and video. Private keyless entrance. Only a 5 minute walking distance to groceries stores, Tim Hortons, Bakery, Pharmacy, Dentist, Good Life Fitness and Restaurants. We have a 24 hour variety store located at a 2 minute walk which serves fast food. Our hospital is only a 5 minute drive.

The folks who owned the property lived above the apartment, so were close by to handle any queries we had. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we would certainly stay here again.
