It will meet everyone's needs! It's equipped with an office & lounge room, a reading area stocked full of books & games, a cozy wood burning fireplace on both levels, 2 TVs, 2 furnished outdoor areas, a BBQ, and it sits on over 30 acres of grassy land and woods to roam, including a pond.

Perfect holiday escape
Wonderful place to relax with family. Plenty of space and very well laid out. Looking forward to staying again.

Short stay tro see Niagara
We had a group of ten and stayed just a few nights to see Niagara on the way more north. The house was clean and very convenient to the Falls, Crystal Beach and Niagara-on-the-Lake. We cooked a couple dinners at the house and enjoyed the large area downstairs. It was randomly very hot the days we stayed, which is not typical, and though the house was not air conditioned, it cooled off at night with the fans and windows open. I don't think this is usually an issue. Our hostess was responsive and helpful. Wifi was good for a few of us who had to log on to work and school. Good stay!
