Welcome to our inviting & spacious, dog-friendly Jan Juc home. Lightning fast Internet/Wi-Fi will keep everyone connected whether for work or play. Relax and unwind in this recently renovated seaside retreat, complete with ocean views from the large elevated back deck. Designed with families and entertaining in mind the home offers two kitchens and six bedrooms in total which is ideal for hosting larger groups of up to 14
(perfect for two or three families sharing)

The space
Our fully fenced beach pad is located on a quiet and safe street (no through road) in the beautiful sought after Jan Juc. It’s the perfect place to get away from it all and unwind, with the patrolled Jan Juc surf beach, cliff-top walking tracks and Jan Juc Village only a short walk or drive with free parking.

Lightning fast Telstra 5G Internet connection ensures the family can be connected to the net for both work and play.

And if it’s hustle and bustle you crave then Torquay’s restaurants, pubs/breweries, cafes, famous surf shops or big chain supermarkets are just a few minutes away - we feel it’s the best of both worlds.

If golf is your thing you have access to the nearby beautiful RACV Resort or Torquay Sands, with 13th Beach only 20mins away also.

The Great Ocean Road is 200m from the front door, your decision is how much or how little do you want to do today?

Guests have complete access to the fully fenced property which is ideal for your pet.

The hot outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off the sand and salt and to wash your “wetty”, before relaxing on the elevated deck with a cold drink.

You’ll never run out of gas with the large built-in BBQ, and on a cooler night the fire pit offers a great place to sit around and listen to a few tunes.

Our cleaning cost covers cleaning and all associated linen for your stay. Upon arrival be assured of a clean and beautifully presented home ready for your enjoyment.

Family Break
There were 13 of us. Grandparents, plus 3 families including 2 teenage young ladies and 3 children 6 - 8. The house had 6 double bedrooms, 4 toilets, 2 kitchens, a very large family area and a games room. It was just as described. And Torquay and Jan Juc were great.

Lovely accommodation
The house was incredibly clean and well equipped for our stay. The host was extremely accommodating and extremely lovely. Would strongly recommend this accommodation for a weekend away with family and friends.

Jan Juc Surf Coast Retreat
This property was very deceptive from the front as it did not appear large enough to accommodate 11 people and 2 dogs! However when we walked inside there was bedroom after bedroom, 2 kitchens, 2 washing machines, 3 bathrooms, a large indoor living area and a fabulous space outside as well. It was very clean and comfortable and within close walking distance to a playground and park to play cricket. The safe Torquay beach with shade on the sand was a short drive away. It was a fabulous weekend and I can recommend this place to large groups. Beth

Great family holiday
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was in a quiet location which allowed for a relaxing and enjoyable break. The location was within walking distance to parks, shops and beach. There was a mixture of ages (three generations) and the house accommodated us so well. The grandchildren loved the games and backyard. The outdoor shower with hot water was an added bonus. Brett was very easy to contact with and returned messages within a short time. In short a beautiful home and location

Our house has been recently renovated with families, larger groups and entertaining front of mind. Relaxing, spacious, close to beach, ocean views from the large elevated deck, games room/man cave recently added - it’s a great place to enjoy with friends and family to unwind on the Surfcoast……and bring your dog too!

What makes this property unique

Located in a quiet no through road which is safe for kids, there’s a park with playground at the end of the street, and it’s an easy 10min walk to the patrolled Jan Juc surf beach.
Return from the beach to a hot outdoor shower to wash your wettie before settling into a cold drink on the elevated back deck with ocean views.
Enjoy cooking up a feast on the built in BBQ hooked up to natural gas.
World famous surf beaches just minutes away.
Access to the beautiful RACV Resort for a game of golf is only 1km away, or play at the Torquay Sands. 13th Beach only 15mins away also.
Enjoy fantastic coastal/cliff-top walking tracks and boardwalks from Torquay right the way through to Bells Beach.
Many cafe’s, restaurants, bars, breweries to choose from to dine in or take away.
Renowned surf shops located a few minutes down the road, as too the Australian National Surfing Museum.
The beginning of The Great Ocean Road is just 300m from the front doorstep.
