Community ethics_Bin collection note:
If you happen to be staying in the night of Monday, pls make sure to pull the bins out to the kerb as what the neighbours do, council will clear it every Tuesday morning.
Please help us keep our home clean by taking care of all garbage you accumulate during your stay. We'd also appreciate it if you could separate waste, recycling, and organics into the designated bins. It was a great property close to shops, quiet and clean. It would have been good to have a clothes horse or dryer, and it lacked tea towels. Overall, a comfortable place to stay.

Good overall, some improvements needed.
Overall a very good stay. There are some things that need improvement and which caused us a lot of frustration. Location was great. Overall it is clean. We stayed 4 weeks. Here are the negatives. - 1 tiny tea towel with the size just a bit bigger than an A4 piece of paper. - Digital door lock would not lock one morning. I had to leave for work and called the mobile number that they provide for emergencies. I called that number 20 times over 1.5 hours & sent text messages and messages in the Stayz app. I was desperate to leave for work and was 1.5 hours late as Victoria refused to answer the phone. She eventually sent me a text saying “sorry I can’t talk right now. I am in a meeting”. It infuriated me as I too needed to be in a meeting! In the end she text me instructions to access a key lock that was on the fence to use the normal door lock instead. Victoria also told me in future to send an email for emergencies as there are other people on the team who can assist, yet ALL of their communication says to call or text the mobile number. Who knew there were more than one of them managing this property! They said they would come and fix the door lock the next day which was fine but then no one showed up. I had to call and arrange it again. - no spare sheets, no dryer, no clothes rack. Fine in warm weather but it’s cold 90% of the time - heating return was FULL of dust that I had to clean. Had not been cleaned for years! I was sneezing all night!

Not how the pictures described
Check in process was poor, code was not working and had to wait half an hour for properly manager to come reset the code. The yard was not maintained and the relaxing bbq area is nothing but a tiny yard with Astro turf and a shed overlooking the back of an industrial yard. The last 4 days of the stay there was excavating happening with the machine literally 2 meters away from the window to the kitchen and living area. Workmen starting at 7am and working through the entire day was awful. The sinks were blocked with hair, one tea towel in the entire place no oven mitts to cook with (we were there for 2 weeks) and were asked to go buy ourselves. Internet appeared to be on basic plan so watching the 65” TV was a pain because streaming was terrible.

Great property
A lovely house with everything you need. Good location. Hard to open front door as deadlock sticks. Needs fixing. Otherwise very good. Would stay again.
