It was great we had a small issue with parking but called the contact and someone was there in 20 min with the parking card. Very happy with overall experience
I'll start with the good: communication with the owner/manager was excellent - they were responsive, and the instructions for check-in were very clear (including photos to make it easier to know where to go).
Now the bad: we left a one-star review because nowhere in the description or any communication from the owner did it mention that the tower next door was being demolished. We were woken every day from 6:20a to 7:00a by jackhammers and wrecking machines. This unit faces the building being demolished, and is on the 14th floor.
Bottom line: avoid this unit if you value your sleep, probably not only until the demolition is complete, but until the replacement building is done. The owner simply apologized when asked why we were never informed about the noise ahead of time.
Other issues included a persistent and strong mold smell coming from the bathroom. We had to keep the bathroom door shut at all times to keep the entire apartment from smelling. The owner said he'd tell the cleaners to address it after we left.
The carpets, especially in the den/tv room had a ton of stains - they should either be replaced or at least steam cleaned. And a number of the very few cutlery items (2-3 sets total) were rusty.
Finally, when we got into the unit, it was 26C because the window had been left open. The latch to close it on one side was broken and when we attempted to close the window it wouldn't shut (I eventually figured out a workaround for the broken latch).
