This dog friendly 3-bedroom 2-bathroom house is located in a quaint and quiet neighborhood! One small vehicle is welcome to park in the garage. The driveway is limited to 2 cars only. Please do not park on the lawn. This location is convenient to much that Amelia Island has to offer. Eagan's Creek Greenway and Fort Clinch State Park are only a 2 minute drive away. The Historic District where you can enjoy the local shops, museums, community theater, casual, and fine dining is a short 4-minute drive away. Main Beach is also just a 4-minute drive from the home.

This home itself is designed with family and friends in mind. The main living space has a queen size sleeper sofa. The dining area has plenty of seating for all to gather and enjoy each other's company. The fully equipped kitchen offers a galley style design keeping all your needs within reach. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa. The 3rd bedroom has a twin size bed and a desk for those who can work remotely. The 2nd bath has a tub/shower combination. For entertainment, there are Smart TVs in the media room and master bedroom. If you are wanting to spend sometimes outdoors, the French doors from the main living space leads you to the covered patio with plush furnishings and a mature garden evoking peace and serenity.

**Please Note: This property is perfect for your furry family member; 1 dog under 60 lbs. with the required non-refundable pet fee and signed pet policy are welcomed. **Please Note: Your dog must be well behaved and not disturb the neighbors or you will be asked to leave.
