Welcome to Devon by the Lake a bright light filled home lovingly restored in a quiet street right in the heart of Ballarat, a few small steps from the shores of Lake Wendouree our hidden gem is the perfect location for a weekend away or a week long stay. Enjoy the amazing sunsets over the lake after a stroll through the botanical gardens, you will find some of Ballarat's best restaurants and local cafes just a quick walk around the corner. This is the perfect location to see all Ballarat has to offer.

This lake house will comfortably accommodate 6 people with 2 queen beds and 1 double, a good sized back and front yard all enclosed. The lovely old fireplace is for decoration only it cannot be used, but you will not go cold with warm central heating and cooling for those hot summer days.

Peaceful & very comfortable place to stay.
We had a lovely stay. The home has everything you need. Communications with the property manager could have been much better. I messaged them about the possibility of charging my car and didn’t hear back so after several weeks and trying twice I contacted the help line to them be contacted.
