Close to Hospital, Dining, & Notre Dame!

Summary:
Our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home has historic charm with modern amenities. We have a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living space, and accommodations for 12 guests! Conveniently located a half mile from Memorial Hospital, 1 mile from many dining options, 2 miles from the University of Notre Dame, and 4 miles from the airport. Family and friends will love this space! Pets are welcome with a fee. We would love to host you!

The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. The living room is left off the entryway. It has a queen sofa bed, two armchairs, and a SmartTV. Through the living room is the dining room filled with natural light from the bay window and a farm table with chairs and benches. The fully-equipped kitchen with a bistro table and chairs are through the dining room. We provide all the essential kitchenware items so you can prepare meals during your stay.
Our home has three bedrooms (two upstairs and one downstairs + one additional sleeping space without a door) and two full bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs). On the main level, the first bedroom has a queen bed, and second sleeping space has a full bed. The bathroom on the main floor has a stand-up shower. Upstairs the first has two full beds, and the second has one full bed. Lastly, the second full bathroom upstairs has a shower/tub combination.
When the weather is nice, we hope you find time to enjoy the front porch swing and the patio chairs and grill on the back deck!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
We are located in a residential area right across from Shetterly Park on St Joseph River.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
