Nestled about a block away from Lincoln City Beach Access, The Casa de Marea is the perfect coastal escape for your family or small group. This two bedroom townhome is the furthest west of the complex so it enjoys ocean views from the entire top floor.

The lowest floor is the garage and parking level. Ascend to the second floor to find two spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Each of the rooms boast a small balcony and are equipped with a TV for your streaming pleasure.

The top floor enjoys an open floor plan combining the kitchen, dining, and living room and is thoroughly bathed in natural light along the sights and sounds of the ocean beyond. Every bit of décor and furnishing was procured to create that perfect blend of coastal style and comfort. It is quite common to be in the kitchen, or sitting a the dining room table and seeing whales and countless other wildlife along the coastline.

Once the sun sets, kick back and stream your favorite show or movie while enjoying the cozy fire in the plush seating options available. When you do want to leave the home, you are just a short walk to the beach. There are numerous dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. If you are feeling lucky, the Chinook Winds Casino is just two miles to the north as well. Casa de Marea is the perfect option for you to be as busy or as relaxed as you want while enjoying every bit of Lincoln City and the Northern Oregon Coast. Great place to stay!
The property was very clean and well stocked with a beautiful view of the ocean. Heads up it has two flights of stairs to reach kitchen living area. Short walk to the beach. Fantastic communication with property manager. Would 100% stay here again.

Oregon Seaside Vacation
